Jeff spends his days consulting with business clients on the entire smorgasbord of employment issues including compliance/policy topics, thorny personnel situations, investigations, trade secrets, and, alas, terminations. Jeff has successfully represented employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and unfair competition disputes. Jeff studied primate behavior at Duke University before attending Washington University Law School.
