The Unabridged Guide to All Things COVID
The Very Latest on Mandates, Proclamations, Incentives, Accommodations, Verifications, Masking, Privacy Concerns and the FUTURE – in 58 or so Fun-Filled Minutes
Presented by: Jeff Fairchild, Adelstein, Sharpe & Serka LLP
Jeff Fairchild joined the law offices of Adelstein, Sharpe & Serka LLP in 1993 following three years at Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle. Jeff spends his days consulting with business clients on the entire smorgasbord of employment issues including compliance/policy topics, thorny personnel situations, investigations, trade secrets, and, alas, terminations. Jeff has successfully represented employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, and unfair competition disputes. Jeff studied primate behavior at Duke University before attending Washington University Law School. Jeff knows several entertaining card tricks and spent the pandemic re-watching Fawlty Towers and cycling alone in his basement.
