    As a certified HR professional with a background in accounting, Teresa brings over 10 years of staffing, recruiting, and accounting consulting experience to Vaco. She enjoys consulting businesses and job-seekers and gets her greatest joy from finding candidates their dream jobs. Through her volunteer work with SHRM she has had the opportunity to partner with HR professionals to improve recruiting, hiring and retention practices.

    Arhonda brings over a decade of experience creating and leading high-performing teams in the insurance, finance, and aerospace industries. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion, and helps organizations identify ways to address the needs of their front-line employees. As the Senior Staffing and Recruiting Manager for SEKSIUI Aerospace, she enjoys taking a consultative approach to her role.
