Anxiety, Trauma, and Mental Health in the Workplace: Emphasizing Employee Wellness in Unwell Times

Many employers are taking a more holistic approach to employee health. Behavioral health is an increased area of focus, including mental health issues, financial wellbeing, balance, and social connectedness. As many companies have been gaining traction with these approaches, we are now faced with unprecedented challenges that impact employee wellness like never before. Join us in exploring current challenges and successes of prioritizing mental health wellness. Strategies to successfully manage stigma, ways to create a culture of workplace support and proactively engage employees will also be shared.

    Presented by: David Christy, LMFT
