    Trends & Transparency in Compensation

Trends & Transparency covers recent trends in pay practices and the spectrum of pay transparency.  You will hear the latest trends for merit pay and salary range movement.  We will explore the importance of defining where your organization is on the spectrum of pay transparency, and why pay equity should be considered when analyzing trends and determining pay transparency.

This presentation will share market trends and educate attendees about the importance of aligning communications with a pay transparency philosophy.  How much information should you be sharing?  What are the potential impacts of under- or oversharing?  Can transparency help or hinder pay equity efforts?  We’ll explore these topics in-depth and provide practical advice you can apply in the workplace.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Gain an understanding of market trends for pay practices
    • Learn about the spectrum of pay transparency
    • Assess where your organization is on the pay transparency spectrum
    • Understand the interplay between pay transparency and pay equity
