Learn What Culture Really Is and How to Do It Right
This talk will teach you all the foundations of great culture. Plus, you’ll learn how to measure it and make real change and progress. Includes individual and group activities to reinforce learning and a culture self-assessment so you’ll walk away with a simple, effective, executable plan use can start using the same day.
We all know culture is huge! Yet the facts don’t lie. Most people don’t feel their workplace cultures are helping them or their organizations thrive. Most of the reasons why are because we still don’t fully understand how to “do” culture.
Core of Culture
There are 3 highly interconnected foundations of culture that have to work together and be intentionally developed to build an intentional culture.
-
Clarity
-
Leadership
-
Teamwork
Simplify and Measure
When things get too complicated, execution becomes nearly impossible. This is especially true for something as seemingly intangible and so comprehensive like culture.
