    Lean Six Sigma for Optimizing HR Operations

    Join us to discuss the principles of Lean Six Sigma and how it relates to helping any Human Resource organization optimize operations. Learn how Lean Six Sigma methodology has been successfully applied to eliminate many challenges within a multitude of HR organizations within any industry.

    This engaging and interactive overview of Lean Six Sigma will help those who are facing HR challenges such as onboarding, training and retaining their workforce. Also learn how to manage rising costs, changes in technology, safety concerns and increasing operational complexity.

    Registration and lunch begin at 11:45, and include time for networking with other members and chapter announcements. The presentation/program begins around 12:00pm and lasts until approximately 1:30pm (includes a question/answer period).

    Cancellation policy: Registrants will be billed the full price of the event if a cancellation is not received by 5:00 pm on the Monday prior to the luncheon.
