Lean Six Sigma for Optimizing HR Operations

Join us to discuss the principles of Lean Six Sigma and how it relates to helping any Human Resource organization optimize operations. Learn how Lean Six Sigma methodology has been successfully applied to eliminate many challenges within a multitude of HR organizations within any industry.

This engaging and interactive overview of Lean Six Sigma will help those who are facing HR challenges such as onboarding, training and retaining their workforce. Also learn how to manage rising costs, changes in technology, safety concerns and increasing operational complexity.

Lean Six Sigma optimizes operations through the systematic elimination of “The 8 Types of Waste”, reduction of defects and by making continuous improvements that address the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Learn how to stabilize and standardize procedures, improve quality and meet business requirements.

Lean Six Sigma is not simply a methodology and toolset, it is a way of thinking which becomes embedded into an organization’s culture. A mindset before a skillset which allows for a legacy of continuous improvement to build upon. With Lean you are light, with Six Sigma you are structured, together you are optimized.

Presented by: Jeff Gray, American Society of Quality (ASQ)-certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt
