Safety Advocates Russ and Laurel Youngstrom present:  A MESSAGE THAT SAVES LIVES

Russ Youngstrom (a work-related paraplegic) and his wife Laurel are safety advocates. They began Youngstrom Enterprises to reach employees on a personal level. They speak from firsthand experience (22 years worth!), about the ongoing and far- reaching consequences of making one unsafe decision. They emphasize the fact that the victims of a work-related accident are not only the injured worker, but everyone around him or her. The Youngstroms now travel the country, sharing their story with all types of industries. From onsite, in the back of a pickup truck, to conference centers, with hundreds of attendees, their message is the same - being unsafe is selfish! The Youngstroms' motivation is to prevent at least one member of each audience from making the same mistake Russ did, by encouraging every worker to follow all safety guidelines, and by validating the safety directors' efforts.
