    A Journey to Safety Excellence 

    ​This presentation will address best practices of companies committed to safety excellence and continuous improvement. It will cover tools for success, case studies and lesson learned.

    About the Presenter:

    Robbie Rotz has served as a Risk Management Specialist with the Department of Labor & Industries since 1990.His work includes counsel in the areas of accident prevention, return to work of injured employees, human resources, management systems and explanation of workers’ compensation rate formulas. Prior to state service he worked in the seafood industry in an Operations and Safety capacity. He began his professional career at his family business Honolulu Sign Company in Honolulu, Hawaii starting in sales eventually progressing to President of the company. Robbie is a graduate of the University of Colorado School Of Journalism in Boulder, Colorado. He has been married to his wife Lorene for 32 years. They have two adult children Alana and Ryan.  In his spare time he fishes in the San Juan Islands and Canada and enjoys wood working projects.

    If you are not able to or do not want to pre-pay, we accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card and must be paid at the time of check-in at the event. See cancellation policy below.

    Registration and lunch begin at 11:45, and include time for networking with other members and chapter announcements. The presentation/program begins around 12:00pm and lasts until approximately 1:30pm (includes a question/answer period).

    Cancellation policy: Registrants will be billed the full price of the event if a cancellation is not received by 5:00 pm on the Monday prior to the luncheon.
