Randall Benson will show you how to use the Cynefin Framework to choose between four archetypal approaches to organizational change.   Choosing the right approach can spell the difference between breakthrough or disaster.  You’ll also discover how to apply the Cynefin Framework to address crucial issues about change, including:

    • How the four approaches to change differ and when to use them
    • Which approaches (really) engage employees
    • Why “safe” approaches are often the most dangerous
    • Which approaches foster innovation and breakthrough
    • How to choose expert support
    • What makes leaders nervous and what you can do about it
    • When to choose exploration over exploitation
    • How simple change approaches can plunge your organization into chaos
    • How to jump the curve without falling into the chasm
    • Which change choices cause disorder and discord

He is a frequent speaker and workshop leader who draws on his expertise in business transformation, Lean management, customer experience, and culture change.  Randall makes his home on Lummi Island.
