The goal of this workshop is to teach individuals the tools to successfully set and obtain goals in both their personal and professional lives.

We will begin the interactive workshop by teaching everyone how to Dream. Once we open our minds to dreaming we will create our own individual wheel of life for both our personal and professional lives. This process will determine who and where we are today.

The group will now progress into turning the dreams and areas for improvement off their own wheels into a goal. We will then guide the group through all 7 steps of successful goal setting. When we are done each person will have completed at least one goal.

About the Presenter: Graham Youtsey lives in the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Janelle Bruland. Throughout his 20-year career as a commercial and residential banker, Graham has coached and mentored dozens of business professionals to find their purpose and pursue it with passion. He recently co-authored Ziglar Legacy: 1st Class All the Way and completed his first Ironman Triathlon.

Graham began his weekly goal-setting practice after meeting his mentor, the late Zig Ziglar, in 1993. Graham’s determination, along with Zig’s influence and teachings, empowered him to enjoy personal and professional success, despite unique life challenges.

Graham graduated from the very first Zig Ziglar Legacy Certification class, and is now one of a handful of Ziglar certified trainers, speakers and coaches. He focuses his time and energy in helping others achieve their potential. Through his depth of training and the effective tools he has learned from thought-provoking leaders like Ziglar, Dave Ramsey and Dale Carnegie, Graham helps people realize their goals and live more fulfilling, balanced lives.
