    Speakers:

    Bryan P. O’Connor is a Partner in the Seattle, Washington office of Jackson Lewis LLP. Mr. O’Connor has practiced labor and employment law his entire legal career. He serves in many different capacities depending upon client needs. He has advised and represented both large and small employers in all aspects of traditional labor law across numerous industries, including construction, health care, manufacturing, retail, utility, food distribution, and government-related services. In addition to traditional labor law,

    Maria Hart is an associate with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Bellevue, Washington. Ms. Hart works with employers in all aspects of employment and labor law. She defends employers in discrimination cases, sexual harassment lawsuits, wrongful discharge, and breach of contract cases. She also counsels clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and assists clients with drafting employee handbooks, personnel policies, employment contracts, and severance agreements.

    Vickie K. Norris has been with the Anderson Hunter Law Firm since 1981. Her practice emphasis is on employment law issues – discrimination/harassment, FMLA and other leave laws and employment practices. Vickie frequently provides training and advice on a variety of employment law topics to local employers and professional groups; including Snohomish County PUD, Sno-Isle Libraries, Everett Clinic, Port of Everett, The Herald, Port of Edmonds, City of Everett, Northwest Human Resource Management Association and Everett Chamber of Commerce.

    Megan Otis Masonholder is a partner with Anderson Hunter. She joined the firm in 1998. Megan maintains an active practice providing legal assistance to both public and private employers in a wide variety of employment matters involving human resource issues, wage and hour compliance, and drafting and auditing employment policies. Megan also has an active litigation and trial practice, including defending employers in claims brought by employees.
