    Workplace change is inevitable and significantly impacts business in today’s economic climate.  During turbulent times, managing the human side of change is critical to employee morale and productivity.  Since leaders and managers are typically the first to experience change, it is important that they have the skills to achieve employee acceptance of these changes while maintaining accountability for results. The ability to build trust, engage, and motivate employees is critical to this process and managing change within your organization.

    In this workshop participants will:

    Stacy Stack CTS, CSP, EUCP, Director of Training- Express Employment Professionals
    As a professional trainer, Stacy Stack charismatically motivates her audience through expertise and laughter. Stacy directs the development and implementation of employee training for Express offices in Oregon, SW Washington and Arizona and trained over 1,500 Express managers and contributors in 2010. She has been with Express for over 18 years, and is certified through the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist as well as holds the designation of Certified Staffing Professional through the American Staffing Association. Both certifications are designations of knowledge and continued education in the temporary help industry.

    Resourced as an expert in analyzing staffing practices and identifying performance improvement strategies, Stacy also regularly instructs workshops for client companies and temporary associates to enhance results achieved in the workplace.

    Stacy is an approved instructor through the Ken Blanchard Leadership company and has the ability to instruct the Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II and Situational Self Leadership Programs to client companies. These two programs are designed to enhance the onboarding process and assist in increasing the retention and development of a company’s workforce.

    As the recent past President of the award winning Oregon Staffing Association, a state chapter of the American Staffing Association, Stacy’s knowledge and leadership in helping Express offices meet their customer’s needs is vastly recognized in the industry.

    Krista DiGiacomo brings a fresh and creative scope to the Express University team as the Training and Retention Specialist. Starting her career as the Executive Assistant to Jenny Schwenke, President of The Stoller Group, Krista has since held the roles of Marketing Manager, Sales Director, Operations Manager and now Training & Recruitment Specialist. Through her dedication to hard work and career path within The Stoller Group, Krista has developed a multitude of skills sets ranging from client retention, sales, recruiting and time management.

    Registration and check-in begins at 7:30am - 8:25am.  A full buffet breakfast will be provided during this time, which is also a great time to network with other HR professionals.  The Workshop begins around 8:30am and lasts until approximately 1:00pm (includes a question/answer period).  Light snacks/refreshments will also be provided.

    • Early Bird Registration Fees - Register by May 20th and pay only $69 per person
    • Late Registration - On or after May 21st, Registration fees are $79 per person
    • We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or credit card and must be paid at the time of check-in at the event. See cancellation policy below.

    Cancellation Policy: In order to receive a full refund of registration fees, cancellation request must be received no later than Monday June 4th.  Registrants will be billed if a cancellation is not received by 5:00 pm on June 4th.  Email cancellation request to registrations@mtbakershrm.com
