    1. Limber-up Mentally - Establish an envrioronment at work and at home that enhances your creativity, builds your problem solving skills and keeps you mentally limber.
    2. Anticipate a Changing Future - Learn ways that will make it easy for both you and the folks around you to stay up to date and enthusiastic about the future and any changes it may hold.
    3. Foster Fun - Let humor do some of the heavy lifting.  Humor increases resilience, enhances creativity and teamwork.  More than anything, it helps Make Work Work for You!

Presented By: Patt Schwab, Ph.D., CSP.  Dr. Patt Schwab holds academic degrees in History, Student Personnel, and Administration.  She also holds the highest earned designation awarded by National Speakers Association, the CSP, or Certified Speaking Professional.

A firm believer in taking humor seriously, Patt combines hands-on management, teaching and training with over fifteen years of working as a full-time professional speaker in Europe, Canada and the US.  Her programs are packed with humor, insight, and practical tips to help attendees improve their skills at managing change, managing others, and managing to have more fun.

Dr. Schwab's major interest is in helping individuals use humor in ways that increase their competence, flexibility, and resilience.  Her doctoral thesis, on team building, was titled: "People Support What They Help Create".  That theme runs through presentations on managing organizational and individual change, and using connective humor as a management tool.
